Tim has over 32 years total real estat experience. 18 years in Ohio(Cleveland area), 2 years as a Real Estate Agent, then 16 years as an Owner/Broker. 14 years of experience in Florida, 2 as a Real Estate Agent, 4 as a Broker/Salesperson.
In Ohio, Time was the Owner/Broker of 7 Century 21 offices, in Cleveland proper, South and West suburbs. Locations in Parma, Parma Heights, Seven Hills, Columbia Station, Strongsville, Beachwood, and at Kamm's Corner.
Tim personally managed all of the combined personal including real estate agents, secretaries, office staff, and managers. His combined staff was approximately 200 people.
Exclusively Tim did all of the training of managers and Real Estate Agents. Part of the managers and Real Estate Agent training included extensive creative financing and standard financing.
Tim was also the Cuyahoga Co. representative for Fannie Mae for approximately 12 years. Not wanting to compete with his agents, he began his commercial real estate career. Listing and selling commercial properties from 200k to 22 million. (Strip centers, office buildings, apartment buildings, apartment complexes, and various freestanding industrial buildings and multi-use buildings.
Tim was instrumental as a member of the MLS committee of the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors, he was involved with centralizing approximately 20 local city BOR into one Multi-county MLS, in order to benefit the Realtors and the Genral Public.
Time moved to Lee County, Florida full-time 1991. He joined Remax Realtors for approximately 9 years. Listing and selling mainly South Ft. Myers and North Collier County properties. Both residential and commercial. Tim then became a representative for Fannie Mae for approximately 6 years, during which time he listed and sold properties in all of Lee County, including Pine Island, Captiva Island, Sanibel Island and Ft. Myers Beach - which gives him a strong knowledge of values and market for the entire Lee County area.
Currently, Tim is a Broker/Salesperson for Sun Realty. Listing and selling both residential and commercial proerties in the whole state of Florida, he enjoys working with clients from all over the United States and the world.
